The rates below are indicative, but may be negotiable, please contact us for a quote. LOW SEASON January, February, March, November, December (excluding Christmas) £550 per week MID SEASON April (excluding Easter) May, June, July, September, October £650 per week HIGH SEASON Easter, Christmas and August £800 per week Pool Heating if required is £75 / $115 per week Our rates are per week and are fully inclusive of management costs. Rentals of five nights or less will be subject to an additional cleaning charge of £55 / $90 We can accept payment in either £
sterling or US$ and accept both UK cheques and US checks. A security deposit of 25% of the total rental value for the property for the period booked is required at the time of booking. The full payment is payable 10 weeks prior to departure
date. If the booking is made 10 weeks or less the date of departure the full amount is required at the time of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable after your departure from the property providing there are no claims against it.
