Terms and conditions of booking Cumbrian Palms
The signing of the booking form constitutes acceptance of these conditions by the client and all the persons intending to occupy the property. These booking conditions form the sole contract between the owners and the persons
signing (the party leader who must be aged over 21 years). No contract shall exist until the owners have received a signed booking form together with the correct deposit payment. A security deposit of 25% of the total rental
value for the property for the period booked is required at the time of booking. The full payment is payable 10 weeks prior to departure date. If the booking is made 10 weeks or less the date of departure the full amount is required at the
time of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable after your departure from the property providing there are no claims against it. In the event of any damage, excess cleaning costs or excessive use of electricity (e.g. doors left open
with the air conditioning running), which exceed the security deposit the party leader, will be responsible for the additional costs. All cancellation must be confirmed in writing (not email) and will become effective from the
date of receipt. If guests cancel their booking, or we have to cancel due to clients failure to pay by the due date, the charges are as follows: - Days before departure Cancellation Charge
More than 70 days deposit only 56-70 days 30% 28-55 days 50% 14-27 days 80% Less than 14 days 100% The owners and the management company of the property are not responsible
for any loss of enjoyment or use of the house due to bad weather, travel disruption, acts of war, terrorist activity etc. We cannot accept any liability for Death, Personal Injury, Sickness, Accident, Delay, Loss of luggage/personal effects or
any other misadventure, which may occur whilst renting our property. It is a condition of this booking that Travel Insurance, which carries protection against delays and cancellations, covers luggage/ personal belongings and has
adequate medical insurance for the U.S.A, is taken out by all guests. The use of the property and the pool is entirely at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while in the deck/pool area. Glass
is not allowed outdoors, unbreakable mugs/plates are provided. The guests are expected to take responsibility for the property during their stay by ensuring the security alarm is activated, all doors and windows are locked
whenever the property is unoccupied. For the safety and comfort of our guests no smoking is allowed within the property. No all male or all female parties are allowed. No pets are permitted. All guests, including children,
staying in the property must be listed on the booking form. This property is fully licensed for short-term rental in Florida and it is a requirement that only the people shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. The
accommodation cannot be shared, assigned or sub-let. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not met. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid. Payment via this booking form is for
the rental of the property only. Guests are responsible for all travel arrangements, car rentals, medical and travel insurance and any other costs incurred in connection with the holiday. The owners and their management company
shall be allowed access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay. Any problems with the accommodation must be reported to our management company immediately. This contact is subject to and shall be constructed in
accordance with the laws of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. |
